What the Law Requires
Landlords of buildings built before 1960 — or between 1960–1978 with known lead — must comply with NYC’s Local Law 1 if a child under 6 lives in the unit. HPD violations require certified remediation and dust wipe clearance by a licensed firm like Platinum. We handle the process start to finish — no guesswork, no shortcuts.
